The newest impression circling the world at present time is being equally met with the paramount pounding anticipations of the die-hard fans of Harry Potter. The expected thrilling block bluster this year, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is eventually reaching closer to its release date, with the thumps of the days and nights. All the spectators, widespread across the seven seas and sky, are befalling in an ecstasy to view a glimpse of anything related to their most wanted film.

While my husband I were in Topeka, Kansas, we went to see the movie UP after the races on Saturday. We thought about seeing Star Trek or Angels and Demons, but we didn’t because we didn’t want to wait three and a half hours and pay $9.25 per person to see either of these movies.

As a parent, it’s important to make informed decisions about what movies you allow your children to watch. Although the entertainment industry has a rating system for movies, this may or may not coordinate with your own standards for your family and children. You have to consider your child’s individual maturity and developmental level and what you feel is appropriate for them. The cover of a DVD and the rating are helpful, but doesn’t always give enough information for you to decide if a movie is right for your child.

Imagine Earth without humans. That’s what the world in Wall-E is like since it’s been abandoned by humans. It’s just a big garbage dump now. The atmosphere is hazy with smog. The garbage is as high as the buildings. The only survivor: Wall-E: A robotic garbage compactor crushing all the garbage into little cubes while saving some of the human’s interesting things such as binoculars, Rubik’s Cube and light bulb stored away in his “home”. Wall-E has a friend though, the last living thing on Earth, a cockroach. Neither of them can talk.
